These have kindly been made available by Elizabeth Pantley, author of numerous books and are sections taken from those books. I have had a good read of them and think they really are helpful and contain a lot of good sense.
As with everything with your baby, take all the advice you can get, but only use what you need and is appropriate to you. Don't change things that work already because somebody else thinks you should - "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" as the saying goes - it only causes stress for you and baby. This seems to be a policy adopted by Elizabeth too so that's fine by me.
Anyway, I hope you find them helpful......
